I have problems with eating is well I need to fix it

I have just a little fat on my legs and arms, my only real problem is my stomach. I have a 33 bust, 28 waist and 35 hips. I know I have a gut but no matter how hard I try it won’t go away! Any tips? I only eat 800-1000 calories a day and burn about 1000 calories a day

I’m so embarrassed and disgusted with myself. I need loads of tips. I eat relatively healthy – Mostly fruits and veggies, rarely meats, I eat in moderation, I just can’t seem to lose the weight. I’m adding more and more exercise too. I’m so stuck
